Don’t go here, the staff is incredibly unprofessional. My wife was scheduled to do a procedure (and everything went well), but they decided to change the procedure after the payment was made. Turns out the new procedure was $1,500 less, which should be reimbursed. But I have never seen those money back. When you call the staff just says oh, we don’t handle the billing part, that’s a third party office, and they say you can’t really talk to them directly. Darling went above and beyond she realized that I was self-conscious about my crown and checked around to make sure that it would be covered by my insurance I can't thank her enough for her due diligence she is a value to the company

First visit and consult went well. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Front desk staff went over pricing and wanted to know if I was comfortable to proceed. Doctor was informative, told me what I needed to know for up coming procedure, and provided pain meds to get me thru until procedure is completed. I appreciate a dentist giving me time to think about the upcoming procedures via a consult. Ill be ready on procedure day rather than surprised if it was a same day consult and procedure. Thanks everyone.

Scheduled an appointment to get a crown, got crown prepped first appointment, scheduled appointment for two weeks out to get the permanent crown and then the crown was said not to have shipped from the lab and they called me the day of appointment to tell me to rescan and have to take off my temporary crown to rescan which caused pain and appointment 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later they called me day of and tells me the dentist is not in to do my crown and reschedule me again.
