Everyone was fabulous, from the front desk, the tech’s and the doctor. I enjoyed my visit very much!
Let me first share that. I thought this office was amazing.. however, They charged my insurance $150 for cleaning and then charged my son who at the time was in high school $150 and took his money. I have it on record that he was charged but my insurance paid!!! I've contacted them and sent them documents since June 2025 and they agreed they should refund me but never have. The new team at the reception and billing areas was truly warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely cared for. The improvement in customer service is remarkable and sincerely appreciated.
They made me feel soo comfortable and understood! They explained everything so there were no surprises, great customer service from beginning to end.
My first visit was a wonderful experience... from the pleasant efficient front office manager to the capable staff and Dr.Asante. I highly recommend this dental practice.
