Great thanks to An for showing up on time today with a friendly demeanor and working fast enough to resolve our valve issue. We had an issue with our hot water tank during the holidays and on this particular day it was only lukewarm. The first technician sent out proposed that the valve be changed which is what An came to do. I didn't take photos as I was working but I am thankful for his service!
So happy with the service An and the whole Smile team provided me while quoting me and repairing my furnace. A very honest and reliable company and crew.
