This was my first visit here 7/29/25… And it was definitely an excellent one!! From checking in with Helen.. I believe she was the treatment coordinator… She was very nice along with Shi.. Shi took my x-rays and she was very gentle with them.. and then I met Dr. Uy.. she was very nice… And recommended a desensitizing material to put on a sensitive area that I have and it has definitely made a huge difference!! and then Denise as well she was very nice at the end of my visit when I was checking out… I will definitely be back... read more
I had a great experience with this dental team! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, and truly cared about our comfort and understanding. The doctors took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really helped ease any concerns. Special shoutout to Helen at the front desk and Carol, who both went above and beyond to help my husband and me understand the billing, procedures, and scheduling. Amazing dental facility. I never wait more than 5 min from appt time to the time I’m seen and they always deliver A+ customer service.
After my former dentist of 20 years retired, I did not think I would find another dentist with whom I would be comfortable. In fact, I tried several others who, to me, were not satisfactory. Fortunately, I found Dr. Uy, and she is not just satisfactory, she actually is exemplary. She is very skilled and makes certain you have very little or no discomfort during any work being done. In addition, her charming personality is a great plus.
