Everyone was very kind from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Thank you Shi, Dr. Chung, Kevin, Denise, and Hellen. You all made me feel very welcome, and I enjoyed the friendly conversations with everyone, as well as the TV on the ceiling lol. It's a very nice, modern facility with modern technology (love that!), and they even worked out a plan for me since my benefits had already maxed out for the year from some gum surgery I had to get done earlier in the year somewhere else. See you all again soon! 😄
This was my first visit here 7/29/25… And it was definitely an excellent one!! From checking in with Helen.. I believe she was the treatment coordinator… She was very nice along with Shi.. Shi took my x-rays and she was very gentle with them.. and then I met Dr. Uy.. she was very nice… And recommended a desensitizing material to put on a sensitive area that I have and it has definitely made a huge difference!! and then Denise as well she was very nice at the end of my visit when I was checking out… I will definitely be back... read more
I had a great experience with this dental team! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, and truly cared about our comfort and understanding. The doctors took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really helped ease any concerns. Special shoutout to Helen at the front desk and Carol, who both went above and beyond to help my husband and me understand the billing, procedures, and scheduling.
