I used to have a lot of dental anxiety from my previous clinic, but Smile Haven has been a completely different experience. From the moment I walk in, I feel calm and comfortable. The Netflix, blankets, gentle equipment, and caring staff truly make a difference and help to ease my nerves. Dr. Ian is incredibly down to earth, always on time, and never rushed. 5 stars isn’t nearly enough for Smile Haven. I’ve been going here since shortly after they opened, and as someone who has always dreaded going to the dentist, I surprisingly look forward to all of my visits. First of all, the entire team is incredibly helpful, supportive, and kind. You can tell how much they genuinely care about their patients by the way they tailor every visit and cleaning to your comfort. Like eye under eye patches, Netflix and cozy blankets?! What a special haven for a dental clinic!! Great customer service and they think of everything to make your visit comfortable - blankets, music, etc. I was really impressed with Kiersten and how she educated me throughout my appointment and Dr. Shak is so friendly and was also wonderful with my children. Smile Haven even shared some goodies after my visit, including a custom water bottle. Branding is on point! Thank you for creating a beautiful experience!! :)
As a first time patient at Smile Haven I was very impressed by the service! All of the staff are so welcoming and kind. I went for a cleaning and night guard fitting, and everyone is so professional and wants the best for your dental health. Kiersten did my cleaning and she was extremely thorough with the most gentlest hands! She explained all the steps of the process which I found to be very helpful. Smile Haven is quite literally the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The dentists (Dr. Ian) and his staff are so professional and honest. Their tech is incredibly high end making appointments efficient and comfortable. They answer all my inquiries about insurance, deposits, costs and quotes without question.
