wonderful experience first of all the receptionist Brie was very nice and extremely helpful getting me in for broken tooth appointment and helping with the insurance aspect the other staff Luis and Donaven were great as well Dr Timothy Vu gets 5 stars as an awesome first time visit couldn't have gone any better
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever ever had!!!!! One of the dental hygienist is a very rude person. Whenever I would go in she was always rude and in a bad mood. When I had a problem she would look at me with disgust and make me feel like a horrible disgusting person. I called to reschedule a cleaning which I prepaid for already. Slight concern about a 7 year old implant from Smile Haven. Same day appointment, x-ray, and questions answered by Dr. Maldonado and staff. No charge. No better service!
