An amazing team of caring and knowledgeable professionals who have provided excellent orthodontic work for our daughter. Reasonably priced, shared what options were available, didn’t try to sell a service that wasn’t needed, payment plan options and the end result has been fantastic. Highly recommend 10/10!!

My granddaughter has just commenced her orthodontic journey at Smile Envy. My previous orthodontic experience, at another practice, felt like a production line. Smile Envy offers a very client focused, calm, boutique like experience. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. I can’t recommend Dr Caitlin highly enough, after visiting two other orthodontic practices prior, the consultation with Caitlin was much more thorough and she took the time to comprehensively address all of the issues specific to our situation and help us make an informed Decision about treatment in a more complex than usual case. She and her team have always been friendly and helpful and helped my son feel at ease. We had a very successful outcome and couldn’t be happier with the process.

I can’t rate the team at Smile Envy highly enough! From the first consultation every step of the treatment was fully explained and all costs were taken into consideration. No surprises. My daughter was quite anxious about the treatment but all worries were gone. Dr Caitlyn clam approach is second to none and Tracy is an absolute professional!! 10 stars.
