It has been a very seamless experience. The aligners are comfortable. People don't even notice I'm wearing them unless I mention it. I've just finished 12 weeks of treatment and already seeing a significant change in my teeth. Other big plus is nothing glued to your teeth to hold the aligners in place. Highly recommend!
I highly DO NOT recommend smiles elements, I got my treatment done there and at the time i had an impacted canine and they removed my baby tooth, and i had to undergo surgery three times to try to pull the adult tooth (worst experience of my life) into the baby tooth spot and doctor badawi promised us the tooth would come down (IT NEVER DID) fast forward few years later it never came down and he told me to use the same trays, and I was wearing the same trays for those years and he never gave me retainers meaning treatment ... read more
I have been going here for years since their old office in creekside. My most recent visit was very pleasant, and Kaylee was efficient and well communicative with what I needed to maintain my aligners. Always a good visit!
I went to the dentist today expecting to finally receive my new invisilign trays after already being booked in three separate times for them but once again I left without receiving them. I do want to acknowledge that I haven’t been consistently wearing my bottom aligners, and I take full accountability for my part in that. Excellent experience with Smile Elements Orthodontics and Dr. Hisham Badawi. My 13-year-old son is receiving treatment there, and we couldn’t be happier with the care. Dr. Badawi is professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful with kids. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and always makes my son feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
