Very kind and welcoming staff from the front desk team to the practice director, Cathy, and the doctor! The office is spotless and inviting, with the newest technology for sculpting the mouth and capturing the best images. The pricing breakdown is clear and accommodating, and the payment options are convenient. If you’re on the fence, this is the right place to be. Update: Still loving every bit of this office! Starting with the amazing ladies at the front desk, up until speaking with Dr. Kar! I love love love this office! Recently had to upgrade my retainer and it was by far the most seamless process ever, and Dr. Kar does an amazing job at being real and relatable, she could tell me the sky was full of unicorns and I would wholeheartedly believe her!!!! The office is beautiful, clean and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and detailed oriented. Brenda put my first set of aligners on today and she was excellent at explaining everything step of the process. I would highly recommend Dr Kar and her team. Overall a great experience!
I have to rewrite my review. I PAID for braces to fix my jaw problem. As nice as these women are, not only is my jaw worse, but they took my braces off with a gap still in between my front two teeth. You can see in my retainer, the space. So now I still have a gap in my front teeth after years of time and 5 thousand dollars. Not to mention the replacement fee to retain my orthodontist given tooth gap if something happens to my retainer. Not acceptable
