I hate that I have to write this I was a patient at this office after relocating to the area and needed my Invisalign removed, followed by a retainer fitting. Shortly after receiving the retainer, I raised concerns that it did not fit properly. I even came back for a follow-up appointment, but was reassured it fit despite my strong concern that it did not.
