I drove my younger brother from Clayton to an appointment last year and requested to use the restroom. This is normally granted to family members and us absolutely not a restricted area. I was told that I could not due to my medical alert service animal, and was even told they shouldn't be letting her in the waiting room! They claimed it has to do with OSHA. It absolutely does not.
