The staff are nice. I however don’t love that you don’t get to go back with your minor child for their visit or for the summary of your visit. They come to the waiting room and tell you what the orthodontist said. This was much different than our initial consult, which we went to a room for. It seems not to bother other people though, as they had at least a handful of other patients coming through while we were there.
