Appointment was quick & staff was very nice
Call center scheduled me on a day when there’s not a Dr. here- it was very clear i needed a consultation with a Dr. Thanks for wasting half my day. I’ll be finding a local Dr with a receptionist. Not a national chain that uses a call center.
The staff member that remove my braces did a great job, she was nice and provided excellent customer service.
10 out of 10 eyes recommend!
It wasn’t a very great experience. It was a lot of talking a lot of quick interaction a lot of fast talking. And I change my mind the next day within 24 hours and I called trying to cancel it and they were going to charge me $900 to cancel it and they were not very understanding whatsoever. It was way too expensive
