We chose Smile Doctors because a friend recommended them and they were cheaper than the ortho we had used in the past. It has been frustrating because my daughters will go 2-3 months between appointment due to orthodontist shortage (I guess). The staff is friendly, but the infrequency of visits is a concern. I asked to be put on a 6 week rotation, but since there aren’t enough appointments, they were not able to accommodate us.
