Amazing staff, quick and easy process of getting schedule, and great customer service!!!
They are constantly booked out, and it takes months just to get an appointment, which is completely unreasonable. On top of that, I was originally quoted $125, but paying almost $200 a month. The lack of availability and transparency is very disappointing. I would not recommend—there are plenty of other places that value your time and are upfront about their pricing.
Went to get my bottom permanent retainer removed and discuss starting a smile direct plan. Everyone there was so professional and so SO nice! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing these kind of services.
