New ownership - seems like a lot has changed. I wouldn’t say my experience has been as good as it was before. I guess TBD.
Smile Doctors did a great job with my children’s braces and Invisalign! They worked well with insurance. They communicated well. There staff worked hard to develop relationships with the kids, and they were always very upbeat and friendly. They did not rush into treatment; they were deliberate and conservative in their approach. I had every confidence in their plans. Everyone is very friendly and the location is comfortable and modern. I feel well taken care of by caring drs and assistants whenever I go in for an in-person appt. Highly recommend!
There must have been a glitch in their systems because I got a text saying my appointment was at a different day than it was previously scheduled. I went and they were closed that day. I did get texts again with the original time a few days later. It was just very confusing.
Beautiful Results – My daughter’s smile looks absolutely beautiful after her braces treatment, and her teeth are perfectly aligned. The doctors were fantastic, and did excellent work throughout the 2 years.Appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling were very smooth and hassle-free. We are extremely happy with the overall experience and the wonderful care given.I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.
