My Orthodontics is a very welcoming place and respects all they service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy going there for my teeth. Glad I found them in Denton area.
I had a great experience at this practice, largely thanks to Sheirka, the practice director. She was professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel genuinely taken care of, not just like another appointment on the schedule. It’s clear she takes pride in how the office is run. Highly recommend!

Overall, I am very disappointed in my experience at this practice. While I was hopeful following the ownership change, the lack of continuity of care and professionalism has remained the same. My two children have had five Dr changes, which has significantly delayed their treatment, going on three years. When I have brought these’s concerns up to Sharika, the manager, I have been met with hostility and defensiveness rather than collaboration to address the issues.
