Beware of this place. They don’t care about patients.
I have to edit my review because this place is the worst. They messed up my teeth so bad and I don’t wish that to happen to anyone else. After being on invisalign for 2 years, they asked if I want to do braces because that didn’t work. I was fine with that and had to wait for a month to go back for them to put on the braces, just to be told my teeth was weak and needed deep cleaning before doing that. The thing is she just looked at the xray, didn’t check my teeth. She could’ve said that when she asked me to switch to braces... read more
Orthodontist instructed assistant to show me how to put on and remove bands. Assistant provided no written, verbal, or visual instruction. Very frustrating. Can't put them on. Also, Had to google how to put on and take off my invisalign as well. Just expected to figure out on my own i guess.
