In 2021, I began orthodontic treatment at Grey Family Dental in Fort Worth, Texas, paying $8,000 because the orthodontist specialized in orthotropics, which is more advanced and costly than standard braces. In 2024, I relocated for a new job and transferred to Smile Doctors in Bainbridge, Georgia. Even though I was already about 3 years into treatment (roughly 75% complete), Smile Doctors quoted me $7,000—almost as much as my orthotropics specialist in Texas, despite only offering standard braces. Very clean and welcoming environment! Absolutely loved the staff ! From the second I walked in I was greeted with love! I was able to get same day services ! I was in and out quickly also !
