First time here and I can honestly say I will continue my smile journey with this office. My first appointment and I felt extremely welcome. Everyone is very personable which made the process smooth. I opted for metal braces after having x rays and going over my treatment and I had them done the same day; unfortunately, it seemed as if I had an allergic reaction to the metal and within an hour I was back in the office and they removed them no questions asked. Went to different orthodontists in the area and found Wheaton Orthodontic Center to be the most cost effective and that’s the main reason we chose them. They were very accommodating and had different payment plan options that best fit our needs. Sara was very responsive to text messages. It was our first time and we felt so welcomed. They even added my daughter’s name on there welcome sign. That was so cute to see. Every staff we dealt with they were so professional, friendly and polite. Can’t wait to bring the rest of my children there.
