Office doesn’t listen to calls. Specifically asked for a dentist Dr Stephen Wilding when I called- that was on my provider’s list. I even asked if it was the correct number. Explained I was having trouble finding a dentist on my plan. They assured me they accepted my insurance. Waited to get in for my appointment. Showed up. Different dentists at this office- Didn’t accept my insurance. Scheduled a busy week around this appointment. Pissed me off so sorry- I had to leave a poor review. The only dentist I will go to he is amazing!!! I have had a life long fear of dentists and he was so gentle and caring I recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Dan is fantastic! He really cares about his patients, and we really care about him. He makes the best decision that won't price gouge our pockets and for that alone, I am forever customer. Heather is so friendly and helpful! I am disabled, so I can only see him in Kenosha and have had to cancel a few times. She is always very pleasant and understanding and ready to help me get in the following Wednesday. I am so thankful for her. The whole office is great.
