RecommendedI absolutely love everyone at the smile Dr and the care that they provide for their patients! I have dealt with other orthodontists and the Smile Dr is far superior than the others! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming in the office and they offer payment plans to fit everyones needs! I would definitely recommend them!

I have had problems since day one with this place, first time they scheduled an appt and failed to contact me to let me know they had to close, 2nd-The appt we had to rescheduled should not have been scheduled because he didn't need that particular thing done. 3rd his expander was embedded into his gum and they literally had to cut it out. 4th they have gave him retainer that one of the employee even said was not made properly.5th it took the 4 tries to make him another one and it still doesn't fit right. we always have to wait and wait no matter what time your appointment is we have to wait. No consideration for the kids/parents missing school/ work time. It just feels like we're on an assembly line. Get them in and out. $$$
RecommendedThis place has been amazing! When we walked in there 2 years ago, we knew it was the place for us. Everyone is so upbeat, personable, and just genuine. They are all smiling, singing, laughing, and taking pressure off the process. I definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for braces!!
Recommendedfrom the moment you walk in you feel comfortable, music playing, super friendly staff, themed rooms, its awesome, everything is explained, the process, the fees, appts etc.
Here’s the problem- don’t even THINK about letting them handle billing between you and your ex. They can not keep it straight AT ALL. So, unless you want one more thing to fight with your ex about- go somewhere where they will handle the billing professionally.
RecommendedThe staff and Dr. makes us feel so welcomed as if my son is the only Patient. Love that they have designated areas to keep little ones entertained. Simply happy with the service they provide and how they explain in detail how to keep proper dental hygiene. We are just happy we choose Smile Doctors Braces!
