Very friendly staff. Wait times were always minimal. Dr. Phalan seems very knowledgeable and was always so nice. I would recommend this office to anyone!
It was a great experience for both me and my grandson using Smile Doctors. From the very beginning I could see that they were looking out for his best interest. The appointments were always easy and we never had to wait. He just got the braces of this week, and now he can start 8th grade with a beautiful smile.
Didn’t put my retainer on correctly, so my teeth have shifted. I’m at the end of my treatment and I’ve never been treated so poorly. This practice is literally run by students. The receptionist are rude and don’t communicate. They were great at first, but it’s clear that they’re losing money. I signed up for a five-year retainer insurance for $500 saying everything would be covered for 5 years. Everyone was very friendly. They all were also very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Especially Haley who was up to date when it came to replacing my broken upper retainer. So I'm very happy with Smile Doctors Orthodontics.
