Wilson Orthodontics is TOP NOTCH! I have been a huge fan of Dr. Wilson from the beginning. However, I am now a bigger fan. I had a patient last week and she was bragging on Dr. Wilson. He sponsored her son's baseball team and when he saw the boy's shirt he ran up and introduced himselft to her and her son. They scheduled a consult for December.
Wilson Orthodontics is a great place! We visited several orhtodontist before choosing Dr. Wilson. He is an awesome orthodontist and has a fun office. He gives you rewards for earning tokens each time you go to the office. He also has game systems to play while you wait. The staff is friendly and tries to make you feel welcome. Most of all, Dr. Wilson is really nice and wants to make sure everything is done right.
Wilson Orthodontics My son has been receiving treatment for approximately 6 months, and we are very satisfied with our experience at Wilson Orthodontics. We never have to sit and wait when we arrive for an appointment. They are very efficient and organized. My son wouldn't mind waiting longer, so he could play in the wonderful game room!!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATIENT CARE This was our 1st experience with braces and I am glad we were referred to Ron Wilson. Dr. Wilson and the entire staff explain things well and are very friendly. They also value your time and respect appointment times. Our daughter, Nicole, actually enjoys going.
Trey Hill My son is 9 years old. He loves coming to see DR.Wilson. My youngest child is angry because he does not get to get braces. When I ask him why he says cause Trey gets to have so much fun when he goes. How many 6 year old want to go see an orthodontist? I love you guys.
Truly care about their patients My son Beau Harper was not at all excited about getting braces. But after visitng Dr. Wilson twice and seeing the game room and learning about all the special prizes and incentives, he now eagerly awaits his next appointment. Beau got his braces put on 3 weeks ago. I was so impressed when we got a call from the office that evening after-hours to check on him. That told us that they truly care. Also, when Beau had a problem we were met at the office after-hours to get it resolved. WOW!!
WE GOT TIN!! About a month ago, we started coming to Wilson Orthodontics for my daughter, April Ingrao, to get her braces on. The staff was very friendly and the office was very clean and beautiful. Dr. Wilson was very good at explaining the whole process and what we could expect. The staff helped ease my daughter's anxiety about getting braces and she went home with having had a very positive experience. I also really like the coin system for earning prizes. I feel that Dr Wilson was very honest about the treatment she needed and what she would need going forward. The fee that I paid was very minimal and there are no hidden costs. The staff is very, very friendly, and every time we are in the office, we don't have to wait very long for the appt. Appointment times are very flexible and always meet our schedules.
