Very disappointed in the wait time. I waited over an hour to get into my appt and they did not have the proper equipment at this location. The orthodontist is nice, I just have not been happy with the customer service thus far.
Great orthodontist and staff!! Everyone was wonderful, very understanding, compassionate and really seemed to care about my daughters smile!! I couldn't be happier with our choice

Very difficult to get the Clermont office on the phone. I have called over 8 times in a 4 day period. I can get the Gainesville office but no one at the Clermont office. Very strange.
