Service levels have went down hill since Dr Brown sold it to smiles doctors. You use to get into Dr Brown same day and now it is a 2 month wait. Company is too big to give quality service.
It’s too corporate. It doesn’t have the nice at home feel that it used to have before they took over.
RecommendedMy orthodontist from back in the day is in Cincinnati, I needed to get my permanent retainer fixed and was referred to the Smile Doctors. I showed up a week late to my appointment and they figured it out so they could get me in right away. I walked in the door at 11, I left at 11:30 with a fixed retainer and the price was totally fair. Everyone was very kind and helpful, I highly recommend!
Miss Dr. Brown- wish all of my kids had finished their treatment before he retired. The customer experience is not the same and so far I am not satisfied since Smile Doctors has taken over.
The staff is great and we have been going to Dr. Brown for about 4 years.
