Leilani was amazing - she explained everything super well and was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made me feel great about the experience. I’m highly considering this, especially the nighttime option that lets you wear while you sleep without having to worry about putting the liners on and off during the day.

My SmileGuide was Leilani, and she was great! She made me feel comfortable and explained every detail of the process the whole way through. Everything was clean and organized. The whole appointment went very quickly - only 20 minutes from start to finish - but I didn't feel like I was being rushed at all. When it came time for the payment, I'm not sure if I would have been able to say "I'm not sure," or, "Can I think about it before committing?"
