Marissa made it a great experience, she was so friendly and welcoming. She explained everything that was happening, everything that it entails and really took the fear and uncertainty out of it. It was a very welcoming environment, I was surprised that it went so well. I left feeling very excited about the future.

I had my initial 3D scan taken at this location (Kelly was very helpful) but it’s been 26 days since then and I still haven’t heard from the orthodontist team from Smile Direct. I’ve contacted customer service twice and was told to wait 3 days both those times again. Still haven’t heard from anyone after I got those scans taken.
