Sandi greeted me and walked me through all of the info I needed to know and had no problems answering any questions I had. She was extremely nice and it made for a very comfortable visit. My aligners just came in and they fit perfectly! Thank you!! EDIT: Having worn my aligners for a week the one thing I wish I had known is that it's infinitely easier to get the aligners off if you pull them off from the inside of your mouth where your tongue is rather than pulling them from the outside where your cheeks are. Just had my 3D impression done after trying the kit at home and working with Kaitlyn for the scan was awesome. She was very courteous and knowledgeable, which made the experience a great one (she’ll be a great hygienist one day). They are tucked away inside a CVS that looks overcrowded, but the organization of their rooms makes it feel like they have much more space than they do.
