Had an amazing experience here with a great staff. Nikki was our smile guide and did the exam on my wife. The facility was immaculate and all questions and concerns with answered or addressed. I was amazed at the equipment used to scan my wife's mouth and portray a 3D image on the screen to show what we were really looking at. My experience with the City Center, Newport News Smile Direct Club Professional Associates was amazing! I was greeted in a very professional, friendly manner by two young ladies which made the whole experience positive for me!
