I feel lied to and misled. I went to the Brandywine Town Center location to see what they could offer and spoke at length with them about the straighteners. I told them that we were planning on using FSA money for next year 2020 to pay. They assured me that if I signed up that day, the bill wouldn't be processed until 2020 because it was a couple days away. They were to take a deposit and bill the rest at a later date. Jen was amazing...she was very professional, the whole staff was. I felt like I was home with girlfriend. Jen made me very confident and comfortable with my decision. Great experience and I can't wait to start this process.

STOP!!! READ THIS BEFORE ENROLLING IN SMILE DIRECT CLUB I went on a consultation a few weeks ago. The local staff were absolutely amazing the the "sale" was non-high pressure. However the text messages, sales calls from customer service and e-mails are over-bearing and I will be putting a stop to it soon. I decided to consult with a 30 year orthodontist in my local area who has an outstanding reputation and many awards and recognitions from the dental community.
