While this specific location was very friendly and professional the experience with this company overall is very poor. No follow up from the dental team or apparent record keeping of contact made with their call center. I've battled with them for almost 2 months regarding I'll fitting aligners. My son wore the same aligner from mid April to the end of June because they wouldn't fit over his tooth. SDC's only response - looks good, you're making progress in your treatment, that's how they fit. Bottom line - no re-evaluation. ... read more
