I’m really disappointed. I made an appointment to get a 3D scan, and upon arrival I notice no one is in the suite. I’m waiting for over 15 minutes and not one person has come in. Very unprofessional to schedule a client for an appointment if no employees will be around.
I would recommend going literally anywhere else . Such unprofessional staff and mislead you into thinking one thing and it’s another .
Major shoutout to Amir! I came in a few weeks ago to get aligners and he made the experience very seamless. He answered all my questions and was very thorough in his responses. I was able to get my kit within 2 weeks of my original appointment. Thanks Amir and the Smile Direct Club team, can’t wait to see the results!
