I’m so disappointed with this place I went there for my consult and scanner I pay my down payment I got my aligners and I received jut the upper aligners not the bottom one I call just for them to tell me that I got I approve it just for the upper one and I still have to pay the same amount no body say anything just tell me you’ll get your treatment done is 6 months is guarantee now i have to cancel everything… I don’t recommend Emile direct just go to a real dentist

Horrible experience. Waste of time. Just go to a real dental office. Go to Diamond braces, way more professional. Thanks for the horrible customer service Courtney.
Everything was explained very thoroughly
I had a great experience here. I am very excited for my journey to begin and Elias was very friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about how it works and what to expect. There was a nice girl who was welcomed me but I forgot her name, she gave me a brief jiff of what to expect. I am glad I went here and keep up the great work everyone.
