I have had a hassle free experience with Smiles Direct. I am so happy with the end result. If you stick with the plan, it will work. My teeth were straightened between dental visits. My dentists was taken aback when I showed her. I could not afford $13k + I was quoted for metal braces that would be on my teeth for 2 years. Disappointed with their service. I have purchased their plan in march and until now i didn't got my perfect aligners every-time they sent incorrect aligners. Don’t waste your time with them.
Amazing work, answered all my questions every step of the way, scanned my teeth, finished everything under 30 mins, Nidhi killed it give her a raise
The customer service with Smile Direct Club does not exist, which is a shame because the product you purchase is actually pretty good, I’ve struggled with the customer service, and support is just non existent. Once they get your money, they don’t actually care.
