I had thousands of questions and all of them are answered with lots of respect. Very friendly, professional stuff, all of my questions answered to my satisfaction. Most importantly, I was promised and given a verbal assurance by Katie, that my credit card on file, is not going to be used in case if in spite of being approved for the treatment, I will not use any of plans offered. Horrible aligners it broke my tooth and awful customer service I DO NOT RECOMMEND #SMILEDIRECTCLUB AT ALL, I canceled my order within 30 days because they sent my package with chemical oil all over it and the second time the aligner cracked my tooth so please take my advice and invest your money on a proper dentist not these cheap quality places. it’s been over a year that I’m still trying to fix my broken tooth but also I have to constantly contact them about the money they took from me for their own benefits without giving... read more
I DO NOT RECOMEND SMILE DIRECT - AWEFULL SERVICE AND DIDNT EVEN STRAIGHTEN THE 2 TEETH I WANTED AND NOW ONE IS PERMANENTLY LOSE! Horrible service from Smile Direct Club. Professional and friendly staff. Very modern equipment made it so easy.. no issues with trying to jam things in my mouth - instead a modern wand easily scanned my teeth. It was quick and painless. Very comfortable and thorough. Nathaniel was polite thoughtful and honest. I felt he wanted me to have a great outcome. I would highly recommend this location.
