Fake eau savage
The scan is fine, but unfortunately the promises smile direct make at the start of your treatment are false. The responses to requests are slow to non existent, and the treatment is ineffective. I've been on treatment since December 2019 (27 months and counting), and my teeth are barely different from when I started. Ignore reviews of the initial scan appointment.. I thought they were great then too. Once you receive your aligners, customer service is very poor. You'll be waiting weeks for any issues to be resolved, and you'll see in the Facebook groups that other people in your area are receiving refinements before you, even when your order was made first.. don't bother messaging them about any issues either, you'll get a standard copy pasted message and no useful information.
