It was amazing, quick and easy. Very affordable especially for a college student like me. Bre was very great at explaining and answering my questions.
Scam the customer representatives are terrible after a long process my teeth were still not fixed and after hours of speaking to different customer representatives my problem was not solved instead i was referred to my nearest dentist to get braces and i also couldn’t get a refund the reason was that my teeth isnt compatible with alligners so waste of time and money if u need alligners do more research. If u couldn’t fix my teeth just say it upfront

Go with someone else. Don’t use Smile Direct. I was excited to get my teeth looking better but what was supposed to be a 6 month treatment has now become more. Went from 6 months to 2 months to another 2 months to 2 more months. Been almost a year and my teeth still aren’t where I want them to be.
