First of all I had to wear mine for 2 years . I kept having to get different ones because my teeth were not where they supposed to be .. my recent ones both bottom aligners were broke.. I have been calling for a month .. they ask if I want to leave a call back number and I never got a call back .. I call and call and get nothing.. I am so upset .. they say their patients are their top priority but with me that is not true at all!! I wish I went with someone else. My bite is all messed up. I can't touch my top teeth to my bottom teeth centered because of smile direct. My teeth were better before I used this product. I should have known when there wasn't a dentist in office something would go wrong.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
