AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is committing medical malpractice providing this type of treatment to consumers without ensuring adequate treatment monitoring. I joined SDC in Feb 2022 hoping to change a very minor alignment issue with my teeth. I had to have about 3 aligner touch-ups, had to drive to their center to get a 3D scan over 3 times and send in the mold kit once throughout this entire process. Horrible customer service they don’t reach out to you during your your monthly plan I still have issues with my aligners i never even received my correct retainers I called several complaints on them this company is just Outrageous
