DON’T DO IT! Better off paying a little extra and seeing a real dentist, customer service people won’t transfer you to a manager, leaves false notes on your account. Been almost 2 years, still not a perfect smile, no credits & consistent run around. Please everyone, don’t do it!!!!!! Trust me, I warned you. Signed very disappointed customer. Wish I could of gave 0 stars Still can’t overlapped teeth on lower and overbite on upper. Now my teeth have gaps in places they didn’t before.
Awful customer service. While they have 24/7 chat support, the employees are consistently making mistakes, misunderstanding requests, and unable to provide answers to basic questions. 2 months into my plan and I've been told 4 times my Standard Dental Claim Form for insurance reimbursement will be provided in 5 days. Still haven't received it.
Don't get trap by their nice disposition and don't waste your time there and go see a real orthodontic doctor. The technicians are not appropriately qualified to be dentists and have zero knowledge of dentistry and they keep pestering/ harassing you to let them record the session. If by any means you let them film you, trust me the"courteous service they offer will all of sudden disappear.
