When I had my consult and paid my fee upfront I was told I could have nighttime aligners. Then they sent me everyday aligners without informing me, when I figured it out months in and asked what happened they stated “you were declined nighttime”. They have been one of the worst companies to liaise with, no compensation for lack of communication given I only went with them due to the convenience of the nighttime option. Would not recommend.

READ THIS BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW. The shop front staff will ask for reviews to boost their listing in order to gain trust from consumers then once they receive payment you will barely hear from them. I advise to try the product first before leaving a review. They advised me I will only require a 6 month treatment to straighten my teeth. 18 months later & I ended up with gaps and no effect to my lower teeth. The team in the shop were great... however the overall business is unorganised - I was miss quoted twice and now after paying for the aligners they refuse to give me a simple receipt - for the past month I’ve been on the phone on the email, and I still don’t have a simple receipt. Their admin is not based in Australia and getting any information from them is a nightmare. So unorganised! *6 weeks later - still can’t get someone to send me a receipt - crazy unorganised
I would not recommend them, they are slow and cannot process anything correctly. They send your impressions to another customer and you have to wait another 4-5 weeks for new aligners don’t even prioritize your order again and you are left with a half corrected smile cause they cannot correctly do it the first time around!
