I would not recommend Smile Design Dental based on my experience. I was overcharged $535 for services that were never provided. I requested a refund on May 28, but despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, I still have not received my money back. I have now mailed a formal demand letter requesting that the refund be issued. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to pursue all legal remedies available to recover the funds.
