carmen was the best she was so sweet and the appointment was very quick
I had been a patient at this office for 4 years. I called at the end of December because of a chipped tooth and was told Dr. Voltare had retired and that I would have to try to the Lake Mary Smile Design office. That office was an absolute nightmare & I left without finishing a crown procedure because the dental assistant at the Lake Mary office performed an illegal, permanent procedure she was not legally allowed to do. Carmen and the ladies at the dental office was amazing. Definitely recommend.
I hate to give this review because I love the dentist. I have not had an appointment over a year because every time I get rescheduled. I can say the first time I rescheduled, but the other 3 was them. Once we get close to the appointment I get that they are not working or called out. This has been a horrible experience. I am basically paying for dental insurance that I cannot use. I get the same thing oh we will add you to our cancellation list just in case, but we never hear from only to reschedule our appointment.
