This place is so unorganized. My 1st visit, I sat for about an 45 mins because they forgot me to then find out they'd only do X-rays and not a cleaning as a new patient. Fast forward, arrived for another appt today and was told it was cancelled because they tried to call and my phone number wasn't working. I had her call my number right there and my phone rang. I did receive emails and texts but because I didn't confirm verbally I was cancelled. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

My mother came to this office with high expectations and left disappointed. On December 16, 2025, she was quoted a price for a procedure, agreed to it, and signed documentation confirming that amount. The paperwork clearly states the price was valid for 30 days. When she returned just three weeks later on January 6, 2026, she was told the cost had increased by $1,200. Great dental office recommended. They also take Humana, which no other dental office in Sebring accepts.
Extremely irresponsible, has cancelled my appointment three times this year. The first hygienist I saw was good, but this time they put me in touch with an older lady who left my teeth unclean. I brought it to her attention, and she said it was stained, then cleaned it. If you ask me, she was lazy. Finally, I received a bill today that said my insurance did not cover it. Why wasn't I told about that during my visit? I’m going to be looking next year for another dental office
