Everyone there is nice but I am upset with them about 124.00 that I feel I don't owe My insurance sent me a receipt for 138.00 that was paid last year a invoice number and description of everything done paid in full and yet they are still charging me for it Also I have a receipt for a cleaning that I never received last year due to no electricity from the last hurricane I've told them about both but no one listens as per quote that's between me and my insurance company I have gone to the dentist 3 times this year once for a ... read more
The dentist and all staff are awesome!!! Particularly, the dental hygienist Earlnajah is the best I ever had…and I’m 70 yrs old. My wife, Diane who uses her as well is equally impressed!!!

This experience took a turn for the worst. My insurance was billed prior to the work being done that they billed for. They were paid in advance and now they have refused to perform work they were prepaid to do. The dentist failed to provide services in a professional manner, instead tried to rush a procedure I was not informed about. She failed to introduce herself, or explain the plan for my dental needs, including preparation of my teeth for a partial denture. Hardly arrived, even a bit early, and both my wife and myself were taken into our respective suites for our appointed treatments. Earlnajah always does thorough, careful work and her advice is well-taken.
