This experience took a turn for the worst. My insurance was billed prior to the work being done that they billed for. They were paid in advance and now they have refused to perform work they were prepaid to do. The dentist failed to provide services in a professional manner, instead tried to rush a procedure I was not informed about. She failed to introduce herself, or explain the plan for my dental needs, including preparation of my teeth for a partial denture. Hardly arrived, even a bit early, and both my wife and myself were taken into our respective suites for our appointed treatments. Earlnajah always does thorough, careful work and her advice is well-taken.
The young lady that cleans my teeth was awesome she explained what she was doing and she did a great job getting me right. The staffs are friendly and very professional once you come in the office
