I came into the office with some apprehension because of various issues I was having and the financial impact they would have. The hygienist and dentist were able to answer all my questions, provide workable solutions and fix what could be fixed. This was all done with patience for my anxiety, and a friendly and professional attitude.
I left in pain. That was one of the worse dental experiences I’ve had in decades. I mentioned having a TMJ attack in the past few months and the dentist was aggressively poking her scope/ camera into my mouth. She also didn’t have the best bedside manners. Even scraped my lower lip really hard, while removing the scaler out of my mouth.
At Smile design my anxiety about dentistry doesn’t exist. The atmosphere is friendly and equipment used is top notch. Direct billing to insurance is seemless. They offer Saturday appointments and several locations for ease of access. I’d recommend smile design Stoney creek to anyone.
