I had a great experience at my recent dental appointment. The staff (Nikki and my Hygienist Jenny)were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. Jenny was thorough, gentle, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the procedure, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and everything ran on time. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention to detail—highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at this office. After my recent cleaning, I was shocked to find a charge for "OHI INST 1 UNIT" (Oral Hygiene Instruction) totaling $61.00. In Ontario dental billing, 1 unit represents 15 minutes of dedicated oral hygiene education. I did not receive any such instruction during my visit, yet they billed me for it anyway.
