I visited Dr. Lo yesterday for a second opinion on a fractured tooth, and I had a wonderful experience. I had a very stressful morning because my first Uber driver left just as I walked out; I saw him moving and called out, but he refused to stop. I had to call another Uber driver, so I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. When I called the office, Claire at the front desk was so kind—she told me not to worry and to take it easy. I cannot thank Dr. Hashem and entire Smile Design team enough for their help over the years. Dr. Hashem is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and skilled, solving tooth pain that had gone unresolved for years. He and his team went above and beyond to help me and I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Lo is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been to many dentists in NYC and the Boston area and she is by far the kindest, most considerate, and most skilled dentist ever. I've had to do a ton of dental work in the last two years and dental work is my worst nightmare in general. Dr. Lo has made it as easy as possible for me. It has always been a challenge to get me numb my whole life, and she always take the necessary time to ensure I am completely numb before beginning any work. This is one of the cleanest, professional, kind dentist I ever had. My experience with dentists is not the best. Dr.Rana absolutely changed my perspective on dentists. The place overall is clean and has good vibes. Very welcoming. Highly recommend this place. They will not try to rip you off here. It’s a place to trust(rare to find). Thank you Dr.Rana!!
