I had took my father in law to have his teeth extracted he had been to another dentist he was not very happy about we got there the atmosphere of people and the service was very nice to see not to mention how clean and sterile everything seemed to be they told us what they could do for us and they stood on Business and we did as well the plan was to come back next appointment to extract his teeth and install his new ones the same day they did that and now he’s happy happy I would like to say thank you to everyone in the buil... read more

I had a very frustrating experience with this office due to poor communication and unprofessional customer service. At my initial appointment, I was told I would need to come back for my cleaning after my insurance was verified. I was specifically told that if my insurance covered the procedure, I would owe around $100. If there were any issues with coverage, someone would call me before my appointment to discuss my options. Great experience here. Got a checkup, several X Ray's, polishing, cleaning, 2 cavities filled, and a fluoride treatment all within 2 hours. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and professional. Location/office is super nice and has all the latest equipment. They were also super knowledgeable on insurance and clear on all the different services, charges, and coverage. I highly recommend them for anyone's dental needs!
If there ever was a perfect dentist experience, this was it! It started when I walked in greeted Cody and Erika. So friendly and welcoming. And then Amy, Ashley and Kelsey treated me like I was their favorite patient ever! Dr Bacon and Dr Kaur were gentle and quick. It wasn't an all day affair. I'm so thankful for Smile Dentistry!
