My appointment was a 2 pm and still waiting to be call. They did a Crow that a agree thinking a really needed but it's was worse decision I made ..this is my 4 visit regarding the pain in my crow.. I had an appointment today at 5:00 PM. I called at 5:17 PM to see if I could still make it; they asked how long it would take me to arrive, and I said five minutes. The person answering the phone spoke to the supervisor and told me they would see me. However, when I arrived, the receptionist told me there were no doctors available to see me and that the last appointment they accept is at 5:15 PM. I'm not one to leave reviews for services, but this dental place is trash. If I could leave this joke of a place zero stars I would. (I'll update this once my moms treatment is finished.) If you're looking for serious, timely dental care — this is not the place. My mom has been coming here since August of last year(2024) for a dental implant, and nearly a year later, they still haven’t completed the process.
