I believe they’ve paid people to put positive comments. They are nice when they need your service then completely changed if you need to make a change. The doctor seems to be very nice but I spoke with a lady name marisabela she is very very rude and insensitive. She has no empathy, no emotion, no respect no customer service skills. I called to explain how I’m having car problems she jumped into policy conclusions, forced me to make it regardless of situation. The entire staff from front to back were extremely friendly and welcoming! They were able to find things in my daughter’s X-rays that her previous dentist wasn’t able to find! 10/10 recommended.!!!!
Doctors and staffs at Smile Creator are very gracious and friendly. Office facility is big, clean, and welcoming to all.
