I would like to thank all the staff at the complex. The medical team, the physician assistants, and the reservations team(Ms Nasreen) and her colleagues , who have always been so cooperative and helpful to me.
I would like to thank all the Smile Creator team, the receptionists and Dr. Vanessa and her assistant. As everybody, I am terrified to see the dentist but I’ve felt very confident with Dr. Vanessa. Also, as English is not my first language, she’s very sweet and understanding with my accent. I feel seen and respected as patient. Thank you so much for everything 🦷🪥🩵
Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was disappointing. At my first visit, a female dentist filled three of my teeth in just a few minutes. Later I discovered she had used temporary filling material intended for baby teeth, which caused pain in all three. I was then told by Dr Babak Amozandeh that she had been dismissed and that he would fix the issue personally. I had a great experience with smile creator team Matthew/nasrin/jame and dr babk They are extremely professional, patient, and detail-oriented. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. The clinic is very clean and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
