My experience was great, got two extractions. It was painless. They got me in soon after calling. I would recommend going in person to schedule an appointment, they do have an AI answering machine.
This used to be a great practice-I’ve been a patient for several years. Unfortunately it’s not the same as before and I am very disappointed. Appointments are overbooked and wait times are long. The reception area is frequently crowded. You can’t call the office and speak to anyone directly. An annoying virtual assistant claims to relay messages that are never returned. I made an appointment on phone. You can't get past the ai. Day before my appointment i called again to havecthem call me back to confirm the appointment. I received no call back. I left work 2 hours early to make my appointment. I got there abd they would only have me as a new patient if I was referred there. So now I still have my tooth issue.
Drs need to be more engaging with there patients. We pay for laughing gas and it doesn’t even work they keep it down so low also they don’t use topical numbing cream before giving shots very barbaric and painful!! The workers are more interested in talking with each other then checking on the patients is it a prejudice to medi-cal card holder patients???? Mailbox is always full so you can’t leave a message!
